The program will carry out a series of scientific, systematic, careful, and result-oriented activities to achieve its goals. Key activities include Nutritional Education Workshops, where mothers will learn the principles of balanced nutrition, the importance of dietary diversity, and the role of specific nutrients in a child's development. These workshops will equip mothers with the knowledge needed to make informed food choices for their families and will be conducted in public and private schools. Growth Monitoring and BMI Calculation will be carried out for children aged 7-12 to assess their growth patterns and nutritional status. This data will help identify children who may be at risk of malnutrition and in need of additional support. Dietary Support and Counseling will be offered to mothers based on their children’s BMI results, providing practical advice on meal planning, portion sizes, and cooking techniques to ensure nutritious and appealing meals. Nutritional Support for At-Risk Children will be provided in the form of nutritional supplements and fortified foods, aimed at helping children with low BMI achieve a healthy weight and improve their overall well-being.
